擋板風門又叫阻風門,是用來調節空氣的進入量的。阻風門的作用就是減小進入汽化器進氣道的空氣量,增加噴油口的油壓,加大混合氣濃度。這樣就比較容易啟動。
阻(zu)風(feng)(feng)門的構(gou)造有(you)兩種(zhong)。一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)是(shi)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)式風(feng)(feng)門。在啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)這(zhe)種(zhong)風(feng)(feng)門的發(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)之前,先踩一(yi)(yi)下油門踏板,自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)風(feng)(feng)門會自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)關閉。再(zai)打開點火開關,這(zhe)時比較容易啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)。由于是(shi)電(dian)熱(re)(re)絲控制(zhi),所(suo)以(yi)通電(dian)幾分鐘(zhong)后,風(feng)(feng)門會自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)開。整(zheng)個過程都不要駕(jia)駛員操(cao)作(zuo)所(suo)以(yi)稱作(zuo)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)風(feng)(feng)門。還有(you)一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)是(shi)手動(dong)(dong)風(feng)(feng)門。是(shi)駕(jia)駛員用手控制(zhi)一(yi)(yi)拉線,直接操(cao)縱阻(zu)風(feng)(feng)門的開度大小,以(yi)適應各種(zhong)混合氣濃度的變化。
手控(kong)(kong)風(feng)(feng)(feng)門(men)(men)(men)(men)比較直觀,控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)穩定,不(bu)(bu)(bu)需要(yao)做什么(me)調整,只憑駕駛員的(de)手感覺來(lai)掌握拉(la)線拉(la)出(chu)的(de)長短,以(yi)調節混(hun)合氣(qi)濃度(du)。但(dan)是有些駕駛員對這(zhe)一構造并不(bu)(bu)(bu)熟悉。冬天啟動(dong)(dong)(dong)發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機時,喜歡把風(feng)(feng)(feng)門(men)(men)(men)(men)全(quan)部拉(la)出(chu)。其(qi)實,這(zhe)樣做既(ji)費油,也不(bu)(bu)(bu)好啟動(dong)(dong)(dong)。因為阻風(feng)(feng)(feng)門(men)(men)(men)(men)拉(la)死以(yi)后(hou),混(hun)合氣(qi)的(de)濃度(du)很高(gao)(gao),火花塞上的(de)電極(ji)被油滴(di)粘住,反而不(bu)(bu)(bu)跳火 ,發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機無法(fa)啟動(dong)(dong)(dong)。這(zhe)就(jiu)是我們通(tong)常說的(de)淹死了(le)(le)。經驗告訴(su)我們,阻風(feng)(feng)(feng)門(men)(men)(men)(men)一般(ban)拉(la)出(chu)三分(fen)之一到四分(fen)之一比較好啟動(dong)(dong)(dong)。如果不(bu)(bu)(bu)是著(zhu)急行車(che),讓發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機運(yun)轉(zhuan)五(wu)分(fen)鐘左右(you),再把阻風(feng)(feng)(feng)門(men)(men)(men)(men)放(fang)回到原(yuan)位。如果發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機轉(zhuan)速穩不(bu)(bu)(bu)住,則應該(gai)把阻風(feng)(feng)(feng)門(men)(men)(men)(men)再拉(la)出(chu)一點,就(jiu)可以(yi)行車(che)了(le)(le)。但(dan)是,不(bu)(bu)(bu)能高(gao)(gao)速行車(che)。因為此時特別費汽(qi)油,發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機也不(bu)(bu)(bu)能發(fa)(fa)出(chu)大功(gong)率,發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機尾氣(qi)排入也會(hui)嚴重超(chao)標。
